Clay, N.Y. – The owners of the Great Northern Mall have paid a $1.5 million judgment to their former partner, but the two sides remain locked in a court battle over their defunct business relationship.
HLC Development Partners LLC made the payment to Conifer Realty last month after a judge ruled it owed the money under a 2025 agreement that ended their partnership.
But court filings show litigation over the failed mall partnership isn’t going away, at least not yet…
