A former Pulaski County home daycare operator charged with capital murder in the death of an infant remains jailed without bond following a court appearance Friday.
Court records show 23-year-old Erin Sauls appeared in Pulaski County Circuit Court for a bond hearing. The court ordered a waiver of the death penalty and scheduled a forensic evaluation for July. Records indicate bond will be considered after the evaluation is completed.
