OZARK, Mo. – A massive tree is still lying across the road on N. 6th Avenue in Ozark after strong winds knocked it over during Sunday night’s storm.
6th Avenue from Jackson Street to Diane Street in Ozark will be closed until crews can clear the tree, which they have not been able to get to yet due to the ongoing storms into Monday morning.
The lingering storms are also bringing flooding concerns, with runoff at Finley River Park up to 8-12 inches. The City of Ozark’s park director says they will close some gates to the park.
