Crews respond after stuck elevator traps arm in Montgomery County

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services responded to a spot on Columbia Pike after someone got stuck in an elevator.

The incident occurred at a commercial office building on the 5th floor, according to Pete Piringer, a spokesperson for MCFRS. An adult had an arm stuck in an elevator door.

Crews were able to get the arm unstuck and the individual is being evaluated.
