Summerdale’s town council is considering an ordinance regarding when and where alcohol would be permitted in public.
Alcohol is already legal in Summerdale town limits; however, if approved, the ordinance would specifically give town leaders the power to issue one-day liquor licenses for special events held on town-owned property or other public property approved by officials.
