NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Two people were taken to the hospital Monday from an American Airlines flight at Nashville International Airport.
Shortly before 9 a.m., first responders were seen responding to the airport tarmac. Several shuttle buses were seen at the tarmac entrance with Metro police and Nashville Fire Department EMS.
Nashville Fire Department officials confirmed two people were taken to TriStar Summit Medical Center by ambulance.
A spokesperson for Nashville International Airport referred all questions to American Airlines, which has yet to respond…
