Three more retailers have signed on to Texas Heritage Marketplace, adding momentum to the $400 million Katy-area development.
Mattress Firm, James Avery and The Kebab Shop have signed on to join the 165-acre project along Interstate 10 and Texas Heritage Parkway in Waller County, developer NewQuest announced.
