SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — Springfield police say they arrested a man on Sunday, June 7, after he made threats to a counseling center.
According to online court dockets, Ryan Filson, born in 1979, of Springfield, has been charged with a felony of second-degree terrorist threat and a misdemeanor of first-degree trespass.
The probable cause statement says officers responded to the scene, where they found Filson standing outside the center.
Police state that six employees were huddling behind an enclosed front desk with the building on “lockdown.”…
