ST. LOUIS – A St. Louis woman has been charged for allegedly stabbing her stepbrother last month in the Jeff-Vander-Lou neighborhood.
According to a probable cause statement, officers with the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department were called to a cutting that occurred at Chambers Park at the corner of North Compton Avenue and School Street on May 14.
Upon their arrival, police talked to the victim, who said his stepsister, 54-year-old Sophia Martin, had stabbed him in the head. He told officers that he was sitting in the park when Martin showed up and began yelling at him about a winning lottery ticket…
