CALDWELL, Idaho (CBS2) — CALDWELL, Idaho — The Caldwell Fire Department recognized a local boy Monday with its Youth Hero Award after officials say his quick thinking helped save his mother’s life during a recent water emergency.
Silas Dulebohn received the award during a ceremony at Caldwell Fire Station 2 for his actions when his mother became distressed in the water.
