Lowell man jailed for allegedly sending explicit messages to a minor

LANE COUNTY, Ore. – A Lowell man was arrested after detectives say he sent sexually explicit messages to a child through social media, according to the Lane County Sheriff’s Office.

LCSO officials said they received information on May 31 that 37-year-old Kody Charles Eidenschink was communicating with a juvenile through social media. The messages contained sexually explicit content, according to the sheriff’s office. Detectives found Eidenschink near his workplace in the 88000 block of West 11th Avenue. Detectives arrested him and served a search warrant for his personal electronic devices.

Eidenschink was booked into the Lane County Jail for luring a minor and online sexual corruption of a child. The investigation is ongoing…
