Fentanyl, methamphetamine seized in ATF raid of Knoxville home

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — A man is facing a slew of drug charges following a federal raid at his Knoxville home last month.

Brandon Foxx, 36, faces charges including possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, fentanyl, and crack cocaine, two counts of possessing a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, and two counts of possessing a firearm as a convicted felon. He pleaded not guilty to all charges at a hearing in federal court on Monday.

According to court documents, confidential informants purchased methamphetamine from Foxx seven times from November 2025 to May 2026 while in possession of firearms.

Agents with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation searched his home on May 12. Investigators recovered 1 kilogram of methamphetamine, 93 grams of fentanyl, 28.1 grams of crack cocaine, 1.4 kilograms of marijuana, 181 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, $2,405 in cash, and two firearms.
