Authorities have taken a suspect into custody following a pursuit that ended with a short police standoff in East Los Angeles on Monday afternoon.
Sky5’s Rich Prickett was over the scene at Rowan Avenue near First Street at 1 p.m., where the suspect’s vehicle, a grey SUV, could be seen stopped in the middle of the road, surrounded by LASD vehicles.
