MANOR, Texas (KXAN) — Last month, a series of shootings and car thefts across Austin ended with a chase in Manor and the arrests of three teenagers.
“You had three individuals that were randomly shooting at places and at people, I think that that takes a pretty high, pretty close to the pinnacle of, of danger,” said Manor Police Chief Ryan Phipps.
The crime spree prompted shelter-in-place alerts and sent four people to the hospital. Various law enforcement agencies across central Texas communicated as they worked to identify and detain the suspects.
