A Bucks County senior living facility with 220 employees is set to be sold later this summer, the company said.
Chandler Hall Health Services filed a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification with the state Department of Labor & Industry, informing the state it wiill sell the facility at 99 Barclay St. in Newtown Township.
“This letter is being issued in accordance with the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Act, in order to notify you that Chandler Hall Health Services is selling its facility and will cease business operations with a planned effective date of August 1, 2026, although the date could change due to regulatory and transactional conditions,” the organization said in a WARN notice…
