JIM THORPE, CARBON CO. — The Carbon County Coroner’s Office is asking for the public’s help locating family members of a Jim Thorpe man who recently died.
Officials said they are attempting to identify and contact the next of kin for Phillip Warren Mangum, 72, whose last known residence was in Jim Thorpe.
