Township says Nazi symbols found twice at York County park: ‘Abhorrent display of hate’

YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Spring Garden Township said it recently dealt with two incidents where Nazi symbols were left at a park.

In a statement, the township said the vandalism took place at Violet Hill Park, and it apologized to anyone who might have seen the symbols.

“This abhorrent display of hate carries a legacy of unspeakable violence, oppression, and terror and has no place in our community,” the township wrote…
