A 14-acre parcel at the corner of Old Hickory Boulevard and Ronnie Road could soon become one of the more significant housing projects in Davidson County’s District 9, with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville pushing to build 33 single-family homes and 18 duplexes on land it already owns.
The project—named Kitty Wells Station—would rezone 610 Old Hickory Boulevard from RS5 and CS designations to a Specific Plan permitting 33 single-family lots, 18 two-family lots, and commercial uses, according to the June 11 draft agenda. Planning staff recommended deferral, and the case is now scheduled for the June 25 Planning Commission meeting.
