Kobach joins victims’ families to urge Gov. Kelly to deny clemency to convicted murderers

WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – Law enforcement from multiple counties in Kansas, along with family members of murder victims, attended a press conference by Kansas attorney general Kris Kobach on Tuesday.

Kobach discussed the clemency requests of eight convicted murders on death row in Kansas. Those eight all made formal requests to governor Laura Kelly to commute their death sentences.
