RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – The City of Richmond has announced what road closures will take place ahead of Sailfest set to happen on June 12-14 at Dock Street Park and Intermediate Terminal.
The city is closing certain park spaces to traffic starting Tuesday, June 9 through Monday, June 15.
