A heavy truck crash shut down the westbound side of State Highway 225 Wednesday morning near the border between Deer Park and La Porte, according to the live Houston TranStar traffic map.
TranStar verified the crash at 6:16 a.m., and all lanes were still closed more than an hour later. Footage from traffic cameras near the scene showed traffic blocked at the highway’s intersection with Underwood.
