ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A woman was killed Tuesday after a stabbing in the Central West End.
According to police, the stabbing happened around 9:45 p.m. in the 4300 block of Forest Park Avenue.
UPDATE: A person has been detained in this case pending further investigation.
