PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — A Portlander and soon-to-be father expected to begin fixing up a newly purchased rundown property this past weekend; instead, Khanh Tran tells KATU he’s lost sleep trying to figure out how to remove a seemingly endless pile of tires that’s been dumped around his future home.
When KATU asked Tran if he had any idea how to remove the tires, he responded: “What can I do?”
