TROY, NY (WRGB) — Troy police say a 25-year-old man was arrested after a victim reported being threatened with a handgun during an argument on River Street leading to the recovery of loaded, illegal handguns from an apartment.
Police said officers on patrol responded on the evening of June 8 at about 4:30 p.m. to 739 River Street.
