ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — A woman has been charged with reckless conduct after her 13-year-old daughter ran her over with their car at a Cobb County elementary school in April.
According to her arrest warrant, 35-year-old Shumeka L. Johnson allowed her daughter to drive the car at Brumby Elementary School with two other children inside: a 4-year-old boy and a 6-month-old girl.
Johnson isn’t in custody yet, police said…
