74-year-old bicyclist killed in Stoughton crash, driver faces homicide charge

STOUGHTON, Wis. (WMTV) – Stoughton Police Department confirmed the bicyclist hit by a pickup truck Tuesday night has died, and officers arrested the driver involved in the crash.

The crash between a pickup truck and a bicyclist happened before 7:10 p.m. Tuesday on North Page Street, near Johnson Street.

Officers arrested Blas Urbina, 60, for a potential charge of homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle, the Stoughton Police Department said in an update Wednesday morning.
