An Eden Prairie man has been charged with felony theft after authorities say he took more than $2,200 worth of dumbbells from an apartment gym and later told police he sold them to a friend.
Paul Sayer Kjelland, 48, was charged June 1 in Hennepin County District Court. A first appearance is scheduled for June 18.
