TULSA, Okla. – The Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office says they found a man alive under a bridge on Wednesday after he was reported missing for days.
Deputies confirm that they had been searching for Steven Russell since Sunday. They say he was found by a passerby at 401 South 65th West Ave.
