WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — Court documents released on Wednesday describe the hours leading up to the hospitalization of an infant in Wichita.
The father of 5-month-old Grayson Bemis, who later died, is charged with first-degree murder and two counts of child abuse in the case.
According to the affidavit, Grayson was hospitalized on Jan. 21. He was 2 months old at the time.
