The meeting was called to order at 9:01 a.m. All commissioners were present. Jim Howell, Ryan Baty, and Jeff Blubaugh were present in person, Stephanie Wise and Pete Meitzner attended online.
Brandon Stitt with the sheriff’s office announced that Sheriff Easter and Deputy Dedrick were awarded the Francis Ford Award while at the American Jail Association conference in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Commissioners then took a five minute recess to take photos with Easter and Dedrick, returning at 9:13 a.m.
