GOODLETTSVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A new ordinance proposed in Goodlettsville could mean some food trucks will be rolling out of the city, or least the parking lots they’ve called home.
An ordinance that will be heard Thursday, June 11 would largely eliminate food trucks from operating outside of designated community or special events, like markets and sporting events. It would also ban the vehicles from setting up in privately owned lots.

According to some members of the Goodlettsville Board of Commissioners, the trucks are an aesthetic issue, so they want to control where the trucks do business.
