Crash on 101 in SF blocks lanes

SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — The aftermath of a multi-vehicle injury crash on Highway 101 in San Francisco was caught on video by a KRON4 producer. The crash, which according to the California Highway Patrol, occurred in the northbound lanes, has blocked the right lanes of traffic.

Drivers are advised to expect delays and use alternate routes to avoid the area. There is no estimated time for the reopening of the roadway.

Video of the crash, which occurred north of Bay Shore Boulevard, showed first responders and crews responding. Several vehicles looked to have sustained significant damage.
