A Syracuse man has been arrested in California and charged in connection with the fatal shooting of a 40-year-old man last November on the city’s South Side, police announced Wednesday.
According to the Syracuse Police Department, officers responded to a ShotSpotter activation at about 9:36 p.m. on Nov. 26, 2025, in the 300 block of Tully Street. Upon arrival, officers found Eddie Washington suffering from a gunshot wound.
