Wawa just got a nearly 50 percent tax reduction on its corporate headquarters in Chester Heights, writes Pete Bannan for the Daily Times.
Its valuation will drop $40 million, from about $75 million to $35 million, after Wawa successfully appealed the 2020 assessed value of two parcels of land at 260 W. Baltimore Pike, the location of its corporate headquarters.
