El Paso has a great new spot on the west side for you to really up your breakfast, (or brunch), game at.
The Toasted Yolk just opened up at 5860 N. Mesa and it’s breathing fresh air into El Paso’s breakfast scene with a variety of breakfast, brunch and lunch options as well as a variety of drink options including tea, specialty coffees, juices, boosters, energizers and booze. They also have tasty treats for your furry friends and specials like “Scrub Love” and their “Toasted After Dark” events package where you can take over the restaurant after they close.
The Toasted Yolk, check out their Facebook page here, hasn’t been open very long but they’re already a regular go – to for a lot of folks. If breakfast and brunch aren’t typically your thing, (that’s me), the Toasted Yolk will quickly change your mind. (Just like they changed mine.) They have a lunch menu too.

It’s not only about breakfast either. Beyond the delicious egg/bacon/waffle/etc goodness, they also offer quesadillas, house made salsa, brisket tacos, chicken dishes, sandwiches and more. Check out some pics of the Toasted Yolk and the dishes my friends and I recently had there…
