A breakdown of pay increases at Poudre School District for 2026-27

Poudre School District’s Board of Education approved pay increases totaling $5.4 million across all employee classifications for 2026-27 with no changes to the salary schedule for teachers and other licensed employees.

Teachers will receive their step increases for additional years of employment, additional college credits earned beyond a bachelor’s degree and earning advanced degrees, at a cost to the district of $3.55 million, according to the employee agreement negotiated with the Poudre Education Association and approved by the Board of Education on the consent agenda at its June 9 meeting.

Also approved were minimum pay increases of 1.62% for classified employees and minimum pay increases of 1.61% for administrative and other professional employees, as negotiated with their respective employee associations — Association of Classified Employees and Poudre Association of School Executives…
