Florida could see the hottest “feels-like” temperatures of the summer over the weekend — and the state’s southern region won’t be exempt from possible extreme heat.
Temperatures are forecast to reach the upper 80s and mid 90s across South Florida “through the end of the week,” according to the National Weather Service, just prior to the first World Cup game in Miami Gardens on June 15.
“Feels-like” temperatures, meanwhile, will reach the upper 90s to low 100s, with the hottest conditions during the weekend. There’s also a moderate heat risk across all urban areas in South Florida over the weekend…
