Judge sets bond for suspect in 2025 deadly DUI crash

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – The family of a man killed in a 2025 DUI crash in Louisville is disappointed tonight, after a judge set bond for the murder suspect at one-third of what the prosecution was asking.

Rakan Alqudah was killed in a crash at the intersection of Bardstown Road and Breckinridge Road on July 8, 2025. Joshua Walsh is accused of speeding down Bardstown Road on THC and with a blood alcohol level above the legal limit.

Walsh is accused of hitting Alqudah’s car, which caused a chain reaction crash. Alqudah died, and two others were hurt…
