Pedestrian dies after being hit by vehicle on Leopard Street

The Corpus Christi Police Department confirmed that a pedestrian died after being struck by a vehicle June 10 in Corpus Christi.

Officers were dispatched just after 10 p.m. to the 4300 block of Leopard Street, according to an email from the police department. Traffic investigators were called to the scene.

“After investigation, it was determined that a pedestrian was walking southbound across Leopard when a vehicle traveling westbound struck the pedestrian,” according to the email. “The pedestrian was not walking in a crosswalk at the time of the accident.”…
