LOUISIANA — A Crowley man was arrested on multiple gun and drug charges following a traffic stop Saturday, according to the Crowley Police Department.
Tykell Brown, 20, is charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of a stolen firearm and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Authorities said Brown was also wanted on a previous bench warrant.
Police said officers conducted a traffic stop for speeding near the intersection of East Jeanette Street and South Avenue L. During the stop, one of the vehicle’s occupants admitted to having drugs inside the vehicle and voluntarily turned over more than 20 grams of marijuana…
