FEMA grants $3M to rebuild tornado-destroyed St. Louis church

ST. LOUIS – On Wednesday, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) approved more than $3 million in post-disaster funding for repairs to St. Louis’ Centennial Christian Church.

The grant comes one year after the Disciples of Christ church was destroyed by an EF-3 Tornado last May. The tornado caused part of the roof to collapse, trapping three people inside.
