Sioux Falls Man Sentenced to 10 years for conspiring to distribute methamphetamine

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – A Sioux Falls man has been convicted of Conspiracy to Distribute a Controlled Substance.

Kyle Heinemann, 42, was sentenced to 10 years in federal prison, 5 years of supervised release, and a $100 special assessment to the Federal Crime Victims Fund.

Heinemann was indicted for Conspiracy to Distribute a Controlled Substance by a federal grand jury in May of 2025 and pleaded guilty in March of 2026…
