The victim who was injured in a June 7 shooting at the Central States Fairground in Rapid City has died. On June 7, Maintenance Manager Paul Nebel, 50, of Rapid City, sustained serious injuries after authorities say being shot by 58-year-old employee John Troy Lee.

Victim in Sunday RC fairgrounds shooting dies

A Sioux Falls man is behind bars after deputies say he led them on a high-speed pursuit, topping 140 miles per hour in Brookings County. As the deputy tried to catch up to the vehicle, a 2020 Ford Mustang GT, it accelerated and eventually pulled far enough ahead that the deputy lost sight of it.
