Man arrested after allegedly stabbing roommate in Tacoma

TACOMA, Wash. — A man was arrested Wednesday morning after police said he allegedly stabbed his roommate in Tacoma.

Tacoma Fire Department crews were dispatched at 5:46 a.m. to the 1200 block of South Oakes Street for a reported assault. According to Tacoma Police, the initial call reported that an adult roommate had stabbed another adult roommate, causing minor injuries.

Police arrived first and secured the scene before firefighters entered to provide medical aid. One patient was transported to a local hospital for treatment…
