NEPTUNE BEACH, Fla. — A Jacksonville man has been arrested in connection with the theft of an electric bicycle and is also suspected of involvement in a series of moped thefts across the Beaches area, according to the Neptune Beach Police Department.
The investigation began on June 5, 2026, when a suspect unlawfully entered a fenced residential property and stole an electric bicycle.
