A tire technician lost his life Tuesday morning after a truck being driven into a service bay struck him inside a tire shop in Stuart, Florida. Authorities say the worker was helping guide the vehicle onto a lift when the truck surged forward and pinned him against a wall.
The incident happened at Atlantic Tire on Southeast Monterey Road, drawing a response from police, fire rescue crews, and workplace safety investigators. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
