A 37-year-old Stuart man is facing multiple charges after a home security camera caught him looking into a neighbor’s window and engaging in lewd behavior while a woman and child were inside.
Scott Christian Haekeker was arrested by the Martin County Sheriff’s Office. According to authorities, the incident began when surveillance footage captured Haekeker pacing back and forth outside a random home. The video showed him observing the property for several minutes before moving directly up to a window.
