Thursday, June 11, the City of Sherwood released a statement in regard to a balcony structure located at The Greens at North Hills.
After being notified, a structural engineer was brought in to perform an evaluation of the facility. After it concluded, the maximum capacity inside the facility is now limited to 49 people.
