LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The Arkansas Department of Human Services has created a webpage explaining the forthcoming work requirements for Medicaid recipients in the state.
The website shows the work requirements will go into effect on July 1 with a soft implementation. No penalties will be in effect until Jan 1, 2027, according to DHS.
