SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO)– Active Generations offers a variety of programs and services for adults, and now has a restaurant — Simply Good Cafe.A kitchen that once offered lunch only, one option a day, is now open to the public and cooking up choices.
“So in the morning, your typical eggs, bacon, pancakes, strawberry French toast is a big hit. There’s a breakfast burrito, breakfast pizza. At lunch we have burgers, we have chicken sandwiches, we have salads. My favorite is a Mediterranean flatbread, no olives with chicken,” Active Generations President & CEO Betsy Schuster said.
The new breakfast and lunch spot is located at the nonprofit’s east campus, and all proceeds will help people in need…
